Training that stays current

Fix a sentence, not a shoot day
Because the module is a script and an avatar rather than footage, the cost of a correction drops to a render. That changes which errors are worth fixing, which is usually the real difference in how accurate a library stays.

One presenter across forty modules
The same avatar, framing and delivery across the whole library, including the modules written two years apart. New hires get one voice for the entire onboarding path rather than a patchwork of whoever was free that quarter.
See presenters →
Same module, every language your staff work in
Generate the voice track in the target language and the avatar's lip sync re-times to it. Warehouse, retail and field teams get the module in the language they actually work in, from the version you just corrected.

What changes against a filmed course
One forty-module library, maintained for a year.
| Filmed in studio | Avatar Studio | |
|---|---|---|
| Producing module one | Crew, room, presenter, edit | Script, avatar, render |
| Fixing one wrong sentence | Re-book the shoot | Edit the line, regenerate the clip |
| Presenter leaves the company | Library cannot be extended | Avatar stays available |
| Adding a language | Re-record per market | Pick the voice, 50+ languages |
| Keeping translations in step | Each one drifts separately | Regenerate from the same script |
| Cost of the fortieth module | Same as the first | A render |

Questions about learning and enablement
- What is an AI training video generator?
- A tool that turns a written script into a narrated video with an on-screen presenter, without filming. You supply the words, choose an avatar and a voice, and the video is generated. The practical difference from filming is that the source of truth stays a document, so revisions are edits rather than re-shoots.
- Can I turn an existing SOP or policy document into a module?
- Yes. Paste the document in as the script and split it into sections. Each section renders as its own clip, which means a later correction only regenerates the affected part rather than the whole module.
- Is a generated presenter appropriate for compliance training?
- For many organisations it is preferable, because a stock presenter carries no personal liability and does not leave the company. Check your own regulatory guidance on disclosure, since some frameworks ask you to state that a presenter is synthetic.
- Will it work with our LMS?
- The output is a standard video file, so it uploads to any LMS or intranet that accepts video. There is no proprietary player and no hosting requirement on ImagineArt's side.
- Can we use our own trainer's likeness?
- Yes, with their consent. A studio avatar is built from a short recording of that person and is bound to it, so the likeness cannot be generated from another account. This is the usual choice when the trainer is already the familiar face of the programme.
- Is there a plan for teams?
- Yes. ImagineArt for Teams puts everyone in one workspace: invite members, share one pool of tokens, bill centrally and set view or edit permissions. Current terms are at imagine.art/teams-plan.
