Read the story
Millions of people create with ImagineArt, which means questions about billing, credits, failed generations, integrations and agents arrive around the clock. Our customer experience team answers them, and then builds systems so fewer people have to ask.
What you'll do:
Tools: Intercom, Zendesk or Freshdesk, ChatGPT and Claude, Zapier, Make or n8n, Jira or Linear, Stripe, App Store and Google Play billing.
Experience: usually 2+ years in support.
What you'll do: own the support experience end to end with an engineer's product depth. You'll solve the hardest cases (failed generations, stalled agent runs, broken integrations and deployed sites, billing edge cases), reproduce bugs for engineering, design AI-first self-serve support and severity tiers, and run a weekly voice-of-customer readout.
Tools: browser dev tools, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, SQL, Python or JavaScript, Stripe, Mixpanel or Amplitude, Discord.
Experience: 4+ years in technical support or support engineering.
What you'll do: own retention and expansion for teams and technically sophisticated customers, build playbooks, decide what's high-touch versus self-serve, and turn customer feedback into product input. Senior customer success roles also hire and coach the team.
Yes. Customer Support Specialists (L1 and L2) and Customer Experience Engineers work on-site at our Islamabad office, supporting users around the world.
Support specialists handle the majority of user questions and build automations. Customer experience engineers take the most technical cases, such as failed generations, agent runs and integrations, reproduce bugs and fix problems at the root with engineering.
Intercom, Zendesk or Freshdesk, AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, automation tools like Zapier, Make and n8n, Jira or Linear for bugs, and Stripe for billing.
It can be. Support gives you deep product knowledge, and growth here follows impact. People who fix root causes and build systems tend to grow fast.
